By accessing or using ForeverSathi ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ForeverSathi.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use ForeverSathi.
• You must be legally eligible to marry under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be currently married unless you are legally divorced or widowed.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration.
• You must not have been convicted of any criminal offence involving moral turpitude.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@foreversathi.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. ForeverSathi is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You agree that all information and content you submit on ForeverSathi:

• Is accurate, current, and truthful.
• Does not impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.
• Does not contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Does not include photos of anyone other than yourself.
• Does not contain offensive, obscene, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Does not include contact details (phone, email, social media) in your profile bio or photos.

ForeverSathi reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.

You must not use ForeverSathi to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other members.
• Solicit money, gifts, or financial assistance from other members.
• Promote or advertise any business, product, or service.
• Collect or harvest personal data of other members.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam.
• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Platform.

ForeverSathi offers both free and paid membership plans. Paid plans provide access to premium features such as contact viewing, advanced search, and priority support.

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Membership fees are non-refundable once a plan is activated, except as required by applicable law.
• ForeverSathi reserves the right to change plan pricing with reasonable notice.
• Unused features or quotas within a plan period do not carry over to the next period.
• In case of a technical error resulting in incorrect billing, contact us within 7 days for resolution.

ForeverSathi provides tools to help you discover and connect with potential matches. We do not guarantee that you will find a suitable partner. The Platform is a medium for introduction only — the decision to pursue any relationship is entirely yours.

All communication between members must remain respectful and within the bounds of these Terms. ForeverSathi may monitor communications for safety and compliance purposes.

While ForeverSathi takes reasonable steps to verify profiles, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of information provided by members. We strongly advise you to:

• Exercise caution and use your own judgement when interacting with other members.
• Never share financial information or send money to anyone you meet on the Platform.
• Meet potential matches in public places for the first time.
• Report any suspicious or abusive behaviour using the Report feature.

All content on ForeverSathi, including the logo, design, software, and text, is the intellectual property of ForeverSathi. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

By uploading photos or content to the Platform, you grant ForeverSathi a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content to other members as part of the matchmaking service.

ForeverSathi reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct.
• Receive multiple complaints from other members.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your profile will be removed from the Platform within 30 days.

ForeverSathi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of member profiles or the outcome of any interaction on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForeverSathi, its affiliates, and our licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or emotional distress resulting from interactions with other members.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute amicably before initiating legal proceedings.

ForeverSathi may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
